Account and data deletion

Your archive.
Your decision.

AirPassbook gives you a direct way to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it. Verification protects your archive from an unauthorized request.

Two-step verification

Request deletion securely.

Enter the account email, then use the six-digit code sent to that address. The request is only submitted after the code is verified.

  1. 01
    Enter your account email

The response does not reveal whether an account exists.

  2. 02
    Confirm the six-digit code

The code is short-lived and can be used only for this request.

  3. 03
    Keep your request reference

The backend returns the scheduled cleanup time after verification.

What the request covers

The account goes. So does the archive around it.

Account and access

Profile details, credentials, active sessions, trusted devices, and push-device registrations.

Journeys and memories

Saved boarding-pass data, active barcode payloads, route history, and private travel statistics.

Nearby and social data

Airport presence, precise airport context, Connect relationships, and account-linked chat data.

Requests and support

Account-linked feedback and deletion workflow data after the request no longer needs to be evidenced.

Before you submit

Deletion is permanent. Your account and archive cannot be restored after processing completes.

The request covers AirPassbook. Removing the app from a device or cancelling a store transaction does not delete the account.
